In addition, these crops have copper in it which is very important in certain physical functions including iron utilization, melanin production, bone and blood flexibility, and antioxidant defense. Consequently, any deficiency related to copper can cause colon cancer due to the increase free radicals in the colon.

Calcium, on one hand, is essential for bone development and bone strength while Magnesium is said to be two thirds of our body. Many of these Magnesium can be in various bone structures while some serve as reserves lying atop of bone tissues in case the physique needs it. Talking about Magnesium this as well can be obtained from nutmeat.

In addition, lack of magnesium in the body can cause too much contraction in our nerves. This can also contribute to hypertension, muscle cramps, fatigue and migraines.
