The trick is preparing one meal that satisfies all. So when the kids are included in making a choice of ingredients to use the job is mostly done. Obviously it should be kept as healthy as possible and sweet things should be excluded as kids will usually tend to want something sweet.

Patience is everything as this is not always an easy exercise to master especially for young kids. Kids invariably do not finish what their Moms and Dads would like them to eat. Bear this in mind when preparing as nothing should go to waste.

Cooking is a fun filled experience and there is lots to be learned. Have fun doing it and turn it into a game rather than look at it as a dreary old chore. In this way, the whole family can enjoy the fruits of this world and be satisfied with each and every mealtime.
