Restaurants nowadays are not only serving meats for their menu. Vegetables have been also in demand for some customers and establishments. Consequently, food industries introduced restaurants that serve only foods derived from different types of plant and vegetables. For some people, they show their love to the nature by protecting all the living creatures. It means they choose to eat greens that dairy and meats. Not only they live that way, some of them or most of them are actually promoting the importance of preserving the animals and the respect to other living mammals.

They are especially made to cater the people who value the life of every mammals and chooses not consider them as a source for nourishment. For this reason, people are actually have their differences, but that is not a good reason to cause any misunderstanding.

It is true that we derive our energy from our nourishments, but the more calories we consume without burning them the more they are being stored into our body in the form of fats. And fats are the most common reason for some people to suffer illness.

In fact, there are some plants that may be considered as the best alternative to meat when it comes to protein. Peanuts and Soy beans are examples of plants that are a good source of protein. Not only that it contains protein but it is also rich in fiber that helps your digestion work properly. Having good digestive system is definitely next to having good health.

Without vegetables in your diet may cause not too apparent problem. Considering that there are a lot of food supplements available in the market today that you can just buy anytime. Some people may not see the importance of green leaves in their diet, but they value the vitamins that they contain.

Most countries are now promoting consciousness though their accredited agency. They are doing it in a way that they do not discourage people not to have something rather they encourage them to add something on their daily nutrition. We have to admit that no matter how good plants are because of vitamins they have still we cannot reach the goal of being totally healthy with it alone. In nutrition, there are go, glow and grow foods. If being fit is our goal, we have to complete all of this nutrition.

To reiterate, there is nothing in this passage that says vegetables is more important than dairy. Nor meat and dairy is more important than greens. It would be better as long as possible to get both of them. But I understand that some people chose not to get dairy, they usually called as vegans or vegetarians. In such a case, you do not have to worry because eating green leaves alone without meat can still lead you to a better life.

In other words, no matter how careful we are towards our health, when we are no to be vigilant of our surroundings there is still no use to it. Health does not actually depend on the food that we eat it depends on the preparation we do before serving. Foods are very important component in our body, therefore we have to make sure that all we take is indeed nutritious rather than poisonous.
